Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

The longer estimated times are mainly for on demand design items, such as any of our Sober Not Mature Merchandise, which is printed on demand and to your specifications. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for delays pertaining to Postal Service issues, high volume times of the year (Holiday Season, etc) or delays caused by national or global events. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Free shipping within the United States is offered on many of our items. 

Local delivery

Local delivery is handled in the same manner as any other area that we ship to.  We deliver items through the Postal Service or through a designated shipping company.

In-store pickup

We do not currently offer any in-store or on-site pickup. We deliver items through the Postal Service or through a designated shipping company.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer sales or shipping outside of the United States

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sobernotmature.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some postal boxes will not accept packages packages if they are larger than the box that you currently have.  Please consult with the postal company that you currently use and confirm with them what their policy is.
